For more than 60 years AUERBACH has been producing

machine tools made in Germany.

Our specialty is to combine the new technology of deep drilling with the well-tried one of milling in only one machine. The benefits for our costumers are obvious:

Clamped once the work piece can be milled and drilled in one turn only and the usage of the machine can be chosen just like required.

Continually improving our product range we were able to increase our revenues not only in Germany , but also in the Asian market. The growth of this niche market in Asia will permit us to guarantee a good availability of service and spare parts.

In Asia the AUERBACH machines are mainly used in the tool and mould making industry like in Europe. But most recently they also are used in the oil industry, for which we developed a special machine, capable to drill holes with a length of 1.500 mm at one stroke and a diameter of only 5 mm in extremely hard work pieces (such as titanium alloys or stainless Steel 1.4571). In spite of this hard task the accuracy remains the same.

As Fanuc controls are fairly common in Asia, all our machines are now available not only with Siemens, Heidenhain or Fidia controls but also with a Fanuc control.
